Following Tinsley to the line was Daniel Robinson, up 5 spots, and Colton Booten. ![]() In Heat 1, Cole Tinsley would start outside front row and go on to take the victory. Charles Starnes, Austin Schaeffer, Daniel Robinson and more were part of the field that featured 3 heat races. Eigenrauch would again control the race and go on to a commanding victory over Sneed in 2nd, Pfeiffer in 3rd, Steven Doss, up 2 spots, in 4th and Max Crabdree rounding out the top 5.Ģ1 Non Wing Outlaws were ready for battle Saturday night. Sneed would earn the pole position for his run in the heat race with Eigenrauch on the outside. Braden Pfeiffer would follow in second and up 3 spots, Kameron Sneed would round out the top 3. In heat race action, Ryder eigenrauch started P1 and controlled the race wire to wire to pick up the victory. Rick and crew put together a racey track that afforded the opportunity for competitors to make moves and improve positions. The new era of Rick Hilliard track prep took over this weekend, and he too built a tremendous racetrack! The highline was on the fence, the bottom was fast and race cars were all over the place. We saw the high banks build their famous curb and we saw technical race tracks that Trey was able to whip into shape after unexpected or torrential amounts of rain. We had some of the BEST races on his racetracks. In ’22 SIR will GUARANTEE a $500 to win and $50 to start payday for the Non-Wing Outlaw Division on all non-major show weekends! Each night will be advertised in advance. Illinois or Indiana! Each night of the Illiana Championship will feature a $1000 to win and $100 to start payday for the Non-wing outlaw division! SIR’s date for the Illiana Championship is partnered with Tri-City Speedway and Wayne County Speedway and will take place the weekend before the 15th running of the Prairie Farms Terry Sprague Memorial! SIR will participate in the 2nd of a 2-weekend series where competitors will settle it out. Make sure you take a look and mark those dates!Īlso new for ’22 is the Illiana Championship presented by HART. Also new this year is the addition of at least one off weekend per month. Bragging rights are nice, but nothing beats cash to bank! The Champion of EACH division will pocket a cool $750, second will see $450 coming their way and 3rd bringing in $350. Each of those nights is an opportunity to accumulate points towards the 2022 Season Championship. As you’ll notice, we’ve chosen 10 nights to designate as a points night. Leading the pack is a slimmed-down points schedule. Each of those races will guarantee a $500 to win payscale regardless of car count!Ī handful of NEW things also take place in ’22. The staples of the Performance Electronics Preludes to the Hustle and Sprague return in ’22 and showcase their normal $1000 to win and $100 to start payouts for Wing and Non-Wing outlaw respectively. Highlighted by the 10th running of the Engler Machine and Tool Highbanks Hustle and the 15th Annual Terry Sprague Memorial, the schedule boasts 22 dates and 4 practice nights. The Southern Illinois Raceway schedule is set for the 2022 season and it features a few new and exciting changes as well as some old staples!
