Pull a whole room in by using cata and rift surge, but kill shit quick. Low duration on banish means you can choose to keep them in the Rift with you by using rift surge. Basic idea is to banish/timestop a handful if enemies and burst them down. High range, low duration: more of a "shock trooper" style. Useful for defense, mobile defense, and corpus excavation. Mobile Defense is braindead easy, defense even more so. You make one small, specific area invulnerable to everything. Low range, high duration: probably the best defensive build for team play. Every enemy must be killed to start the next wave, and nobody wants to run all over hell finding them. Guards are frozen, cameras destroyed, and being in the Rift makes lasers ignore you.ĭo not use this for defense missions, your team will hate you. Useful for Spy as well, as long as it's not against Corpus. Good for Excavation or Interception missions, allows you to fight at one location while effortlessly defending another. High range, high duration: massive cataclysm, allowing you to cc entire tiles as long as there are no nullifiers around. Unfortunately Limbo is primarily a defensive cc frame, so going aggro isn't too much of an option. For builds:ĭepends entirely on mission type and team, but there are a few decent archetypes. I always use quick thinking and flow for survivability.
